We no longer support Internet Explorer version 7 (IE7). If you encounter issues within the Brightree system, please update your
internet browser to one of our recommended versions listed below prior to contacting support. Using one of our recommended browsers
improves security and ensures an optimal user experience while using Brightree. Should you experience any issues after upgrading to
one of our recommended versions, please contact Support for additional assistance at 888-598-7797 (ext. 6).
We currently do not provide support for non-Internet Explorer browser versions.
Although we are working to accomplish this, we recommend you use Internet Explorer
8, 9, or 10 for the best supported Brightree experience.

Your Internet Explorer document mode is unsupported.
To change your document mode, follow these steps:
- Use the F12 key to bring up the tools window
- Change the "Document Mode" menu item to "Standards (Page default)" or the highest version number shown on the menu.
Note: If you are using are using a version higher than IE7, then you may need to turn off compatibility mode.
